Fulton police believe missing woman still alive and in mid-Missouri
FULTON, Mo. (KMIZ)
Fulton Police Chief Steve Myers says the investigation into Tori Taylor's disappearance is still active.
The department believes Taylor is still alive and in the mid-Missouri area.
Taylor reportedly borrowed a car from a friend who lives in Fulton on April 21st but never returned the car.
Several days later, a witness saw a woman that matched Taylor's description being pulled into a car by three men.
