Callaway County crash leaves one seriously injured

CALLAWAY COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A crash in Callaway County left a 17-year-old seriously injured Saturday afternoon.

According to Missouri State Highway Patrol crash reports, the juvenile's car crossed the center line, sideswiped the second vehicle and came to a stop off the east side of the roadway.

It happened around 2:20 p.m. on Route WW at County Road 259.

The juvenile was taken to University Hospital in Columbia.

James Craig, 28, was driving the second vehicle and came away unharmed.
