Authorities identify victim in deadly Callaway County fire
CALLAWAY COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)
The Callaway County Sheriff's Office identified the victim of a deadly fire Tuesday afternoon.
Wilhelmina Young, 80, of Steedman, Missouri, died during the Saturday fire that broke out at a home in the 9000 block of State Road CC around 8 p.m. The home was a total loss, authorities said.
Deputies did not suspect any foul play in the fire, but they are waiting on a toxicology report to determine an official cause of death.
The state fire marshal was working to identify the cause of the fire on Tuesday.
