One person hospitalized following motorcycle crash with dog

FULTON, Mo. (KMIZ)

One person was sent to the hospital with serious injuries following a motorcycle crash on Saturday night in Callaway County.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, it happened just after 8 p.m. Saturday night along Route NN, south of Fulton.

The motorcycle was traveling south on the road, when it hit a dog and threw the driver off her bike.

The driver, 47-year-old Jolene Vich, was taken to University Hospital. She was not wearing a helmet at the time, according to the crash report.
