Teen killed in watercraft collision at Table Rock Lake

STONE COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A 14-year-old girl from St. Louis was killed in a watercraft collision at Table Rock Lake on Saturday.

Troopers responded to Little Indian Point 5 around 4 p.m.

The teen was ejected from her watercraft after she was struck by another teenager's watercraft.

She was taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield where she was pronounced dead.

Two other teens were involved in the crash. In the same watercraft, a 14-year-old experienced moderate injuries and a 15-year-old boy in the opposite watercraft had minor injuries.

This is Troop D's seventh boating fatality for 2021.
