The FDA has given emergency authorization for the coronavirus vaccine made by Pfizer and BioNTech to be used in children ages 12-15.

The vaccine is the first shot in the U.S. to be authorized for use in children that young. However, the coronavirus vaccines have run into widespread skepticism in the U.S. A Kaiser Family Foundation study published last week found that 29% of parents said they would get their children vaccinated right away.
