Coronavirus health orders in Columbia and Boone County will expire next week and will not be replaced with new ones.

Local officials gathered Monday to announce the news, citing low numbers of new coronavirus cases and increasing numbers of vaccinations. However, they also said orders could be reinstated if trends start moving in the wrong direction.
