Man hospitalized after single-vehicle crash in Morgan County

MORGAN COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A 42-year-old Lincoln, Missouri man was seriously injured in a crash Sunday in Morgan County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol online crash report, the crash happened on Highway 5 near Millifork Lane at 5:20 p.m. when Aaron Knueppel was driving a Ford F-150 when the truck went off the right side of the road.

The truck then overcorrected and skid, returned to the road, and traveled off the left side of the road.

The vehicle then hit an embankment and a fence.

Knueppel was taken to Lake Regional Hospital for treatment.

According to troopers, he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
