Tracking a cool, gloomy Thursday
THURSDAY: Don’t set the umbrella down just yet! More rain will be rotating through on the backside of this system that isn’t quite done with us yet. Today’s batch will be much lighter and quieter than what we were tracking yesterday. But it will be much cooler as well, with highs topping out in the low 50’s.
TONIGHT: Those showers start to dwindle overnight. Lows stay in the middle 40’s with clouds sticking around.
EXTENDED: We’ll move those clouds off to the east Friday, bringing back temperatures in the low 70’s to close out the week! It’s short-lived, however, with our next disturbance moving in Friday night. Showers will be possible toward the evening in our far southern counties, holding off until midnight for the rest of us. Those look to be stubborn to leave on Saturday, keeping highs in the upper 50’s and low 60’s. We’ll push those out by Sunday, bringing back more sunshine and 70-degree weather. We’ll be tracking another cold front moving through Monday, which will come with some shower chances. Temperatures look slightly cooler for much of next week, with highs near 60.
