Tracking overnight showers and Easter storms
TONIGHT: Overnight temperatures cool to the mid-50s as isolated showers and storms push through the region. Most of Mid-Missouri looks to remain dry, but some light showers and thunder remains possible. Winds remain out of the southwest with gusts up to 30 mph possible.
TOMORROW: Saturday looks to see highs near 70 degrees with partly cloudy skies. Winds switch from the southwest back out of the northwest at 5-10 mph.
EXTENDED: Saturday night sees isolated showers and storms chances once again with most of Mid-Missouri remaining dry. Easter Sunday sees scattered showers and weaker storms throughout the morning with more widespread strong to severe storms into the evening and overnight hours. The ABC 17 Stormtrack Weather Team has issued a Weather Alert Day for Monday afternoon as more widespread strong to severe storms remain possible with the threat of strong winds, hail, and even tornadoes possible.
