Tracking a mild Wednesday, continued temperature swings
TONIGHT: Partly cloudy to mostly clear with lows in the upper 20s to around 30.
TOMORROW: Partly cloudy and breezy with highs near 50.
EXTENDED: We're clear overnight with temperatures dropping down to near 30. Tomorrow will bring a couple more clouds as a cold front works through to our southeast, but we still manage to make around 50 for the afternoon high. Thursday is a bit cooler under the influence of northwest winds, bringing us down into the lower 40s. Weather whiplash continues with a warm front lifting north on Friday, bringing more clouds, gusty southwest winds, and warmer temperatures in the lower 50s. The associated cold front moves in Friday night, giving us a chance for a few showers and a much cooler start to the weekend as highs struggle to get to 30 degrees. Sunday isn't as cold, and we'll get into more of an active pattern next week with temperatures Monday back into the 40s for Valentine's Day. Tuesday and Wednesday have the potential to be quite mild in the 50s, but we're keeping a close eye between Wednesday and Friday for our next chances of precipitation. We're still more than a week out from anything of concern, so at this point we're watching for rain and/or wintry weather for mid-late next week.
