Tracking a mild and quiet week ahead

TONIGHT

A cold front has moved through already, which will keep us from warming up beyond yesterday. Winds will eventually turn more out of the south as we approach the evening hours. This keeps temperatures somewhat mild tonight, stuck in the low 30s.

TUESDAY

A southerly wind gives temperatures a boost out of the 30's tomorrow morning. We warm back into the mid 50's by Tuesday afternoon. Some cloud cover develops late in the day ahead of a cold front that brings temperatures down overnight into Wednesday.

EXTENDED

Weak northerly flow throughout the day Wednesday keeps temperatures a bit cooler, right around the 50 degree mark. Cooler air spills in Thursday, with more direct northerly flow. This drops highs into the lower 40’s before rebounding nicely Friday into the 50’s. Another front will push through late Friday, bringing a better surge of cold air to start the weekend. Highs will get knocked all the way back into the 30’s before recovering into the 40’s Sunday. Through all of this, the extended period remains dry.
