Tracking one last cold morning

warmup
KMIZ

WEDNESDAY: It’s another chilly start but we’ve got more sunshine on the way again. Temperatures will top out in the middle 40’s this afternoon.

TONIGHT: Winds will swing out of the south this afternoon. That will help keep temperatures propped up in the mid to upper 30’s overnight.

EXTENDED: Those southerly winds will start to pick up a bit more on Thursday. That will push the warm weather back into Mid-Missouri. Highs tomorrow will reach the upper 50’s, warming into the middle 60’s on Friday, despite a few more clouds. A front will pass through early on Christmas, dropping afternoon highs back into the upper 50’s and low 60’s. We’ll be about that warm on Sunday, as you travel home. Rain chances are trying to enter the forecast as early as Sunday, but right now aren’t a slam dunk. Temperatures will hold on to the 50’s for the first part of the week, before coming back down by Wednesday.
