Tracking some cooler weather moving back in

BACK TO NORMAL
KMIZ

THURSDAY: Things are a little more settled today. Sunshine is on the way back in and will stay with us throughout the day. Highs will top out around 50, with a slight northwest breeze.

TONIGHT: Mostly clear skies are here to stay for most of the night. We’ll pick up a few closer to sunrise with lows making it into the middle 30’s.

EXTENDED: Rain chances return on Friday and will favor locations south of I-70. Highs will top out in the upper 40’s, with the best chance for that rain moving through in the afternoon and evening. It will depart overnight, leaving the weekend dry. That system taking off will drag down some cooler air for Saturday and Sunday, with highs in the upper 30’s. We’ll warm back up on Monday with highs climbing into the upper 40’s, where they’ll stay for much of next week.
