Tracking dry skies today, rain for Memorial Day

TODAY: Expect another chilly start in the 40s this morning, but sunshine will warm us up quickly. Highs reach around 70 degrees as clouds return this afternoon.

MEMORIAL DAY: Cloud cover on Sunday will be a precursor to light rain for Monday morning. Showers are scattered most of Memorial Day so outdoor time will still be possible. Temperatures will be warmer in the 50s for the morning, but showers keep highs in the upper 60s.

EXTENDED: More showers are on the way the rest of the week as multiple disturbances roll through. Some mid-week storms are possible as well with rainfall totals reaching 1-2" by the end of the week. Temperatures will steadily rise to the mid-70s most of the week, and we may see the 80s by next weekend.
