Tracking the slow clearing of this rain

FRIDAY: More showers will be possible throughout the morning. Temperatures will warm into the 80's this afternoon. Rain will taper off this afternoon, leaving us dry by this evening.

TONIGHT: We’ll be left with partly to mostly cloudy skies overnight. Lows will back off into the middle 60’s.

EXTENDED: High pressure will build westward into Saturday, but it will take its time. Another disturbance will sneak in Saturday morning, bringing another round of rain to kick off the weekend. These look to clear by the afternoon, with sunshine returning. Temperatures will still manage the middle 80’s Saturday. Rain looks to stay away Sunday and Monday. Since winds will stay out of the south, humid conditions will stick around through Monday. Highs during the afternoons will top out in the mid to upper 80's. That upper-level ridge will start to break down into Tuesday, ushering in a frontal boundary and an active pattern.
