Trent Pierce set to return to practice next week

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Mizzou Men's Basketball true freshman Trent Pierce will be back at practice with the Tigers early next week. The team announced on Wednesday afternoon that Pierce underwent a successful ear procedure on Tuesday and will miss the rest of this week's games before returning to practice sometime next week. Pierce has missed the last seven games due to an ear infection.

Pierce has appeared in 16 games and was in the starting lineup for two of those contests. He has posted 31 points and 20 rebounds this season.
