Mizzou lands commitment from top-ranked in-state prospect

EUREKA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The No. 1 ranked prospect in the state of Missouri is taking his talents to the Mizzou Football program. Consensus four-star offensive tackle Jack Lange committed to the Tigers on Wednesday night over Michigan, Nebraska and Wisconsin.

The Eureka native is not only listed as the top-ranked recruit in the state of Missouri, he's also the No. 11 ranked offensive tackle prospect in the nation, according to 247 Sports. He is rated as a four-star recruit by all major recruiting sites, including 247 Sports, On3, Rivals and ESPN.

The 6-foot-8, 275-pound recruit was an All-State, All-District and All-Conference selection last season at Eureka High School.

Lange is the fifth high school football player to commit to Eli Drinkwitz's 2025 recruiting class, joining quarterback Matt Zollers, defensive lineman Jason Dowell, linebacker Dante McClellan and defensive lineman Joshua Lewis.
