Krings moved with precision in the win against the Bulldogs. MU's ace ended the night with just three hits and no runs allowed over seven innings of work. With the victory, she improved to 11-7 overall in 2024.

The Tiger bats provided the necessary run-support, ass well, all led by Rock Bridge alum Abby Hay. The freshman first baseman went 2-for-3 against Mississippi State, driving in a team-high two RBI on two hits.

Up next - Mizzou will look to clinch the series win over the Bulldogs on Sunday, April 28. First pitch is slated for 5 p.m. The Tigers will also be honoring their seniors at the conclusion of that game.
