Once again, four Tigers got into double digit scoring, however, it was not enough to surge past the Tide. Guard Tamar Bates led the way with 19 points, followed by Honor with 18, Noah Carter with 13. and Jesus Carralero Martin with 10. Tuesday night's outing marked the first double-digit scoring out of Carralero Martin's Mizzou career.

Gates and company could not find a way to stop Alabama's Rylan Griffin and Aaron Estrada, who each ended up with the game-high 21 points.

The Tigers also got beat on the boards, 35-23, as Alabama scored 17 second chance points at Coleman Coliseum.

Up next - Mizzou will return home to host the Florida Gators on Saturday, Jan. 20. Tip off is slated for 7 p.m.
