Morgan County school district cancels classes because of threats

VERSAILLES, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Morgan County R-II School District canceled Tuesday classes because of threats made on social media.

District officials asked students and staff to stay home and that no one goes to campus Tuesday morning.

"The police and administration have spent several hours trying to track down the individual responsible for the post with no luck," Morgan County R-II Superintendent Steven Barnes said.
