QUESTION OF THE DAY: Will new funding fix Missouri’s foster care system?

Missouri's foster care system has long been plagued with problems.

Those include more children than average in the program and foster children going missing with the state unable to locate them. This year the state legislature appropriated more than $33 million meant to fix those problems.
