Rolla man faces several child porn charges

ROLLA, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Rolla man was charged on Tuesday with six child pornography charges.

Bradley Colvin, 52, was charged with first-degree promoting child pornography and five counts of possessing child porn. A warrant was served and no bond was set. A court date has not been scheduled.

According to the probable cause statement, the Missouri State Highway Patrol were conducting a child porn investigation on Feb. 7 and were able to download files downloaded from a device with internet services under Colvin’s account in Rolla.

Phelps County Sheriff’s deputies executed a search warrant on Monday at Colvin’s home, where he allegedly admitted to downloading and viewing child porn for years, the statement says. Deputies found hundreds of files on computers and storage devices that stored child porn, the statement says.
