Columbia man charged with sodomy, child molestation
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
A Columbia man was charged on Wednesday after authorities say he sexually assaulted a child younger than 12 years old in June.
Keith Fletcher, 52, was charged with first-degree sodomy and two counts of first-degree child molestation. A warrant was ordered on Wednesday and no bond was set.
Law enforcement on Nov. 16 was notified of sexual assaults against a child victim that allegedly occurred between June 1-July 31, the probable cause statement says. .
A court date has not been set.
The probable cause statement says Fletcher was previously found guilty of sex crimes in 1991 and 1997.
