4 killed in less than 24 hours in St. Louis, police say

ST. LOUIS (AP) — Authorities say at least four people were killed in separate St. Louis shootings in less than 24 hours. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that the violence began Tuesday night when a 25-year-old man was found shot to death outdoors in the city’s Carondelet neighborhood. A second victim was discovered early Wednesday morning in the basement of an apartment building in the city’s Southwest Garden neighborhood. Two other victims were found dead minutes apart that night, one in the Baden neighborhood and the other in the Wells-Goodfellow neighborhood. Few details were released about what happened.
