Ancer keeps his distance over Young in Saudi Arabia
KING ABDULLAH ECONOMIC CITY, Saudi Arabia (AP) — Abraham Ancer and Cameron Young appear to have turned the Saudi International into a two-man race. Ancer shot a 64 on Saturday and expanded his lead to two shots over Young, who had a 65. The next batch of players was five shots behind. Ancer has two wins on top tours. Young was the PGA Tour rookie of the year last season. He has yet to win on the PGA Tour. The field featured a majority of Saudi-funded LIV Golf players. Young is not part of LIV. He received a release to play the Asian Tour event.
