Missing Rolla woman found safe

ROLLA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Authorities in Phelps County say a missing 80-year-old woman has been found safe.

Judith Meyer of Rolla was last seen Monday morning at her Timber Drive home, according to an alert from the Missouri State Highway Patrol. She might have been heading to Sam's Club in Jefferson City or Columbia.

Meyer is 5 feet, 2 inches tall, weighs 135 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a brown blouse, slacks and white tennis shoes. She is diabetic, has signs of dementia and recently had surgery to replace a pacemaker.

Meyer was driving a white 2014 Dodge Caravan with Missouri license plates RC1X7M.

Authorities ask anyone who sees her to call 911, a local law enforcement agency or the sheriff's department at 573-426-3860.
