Man in critical condition after being hit by a car in Phelps Co.

PHELPS, Mo. (KMIZ)

One man was flown to University Hospital in serious condition, after a crash in Phelps County.

According to a crash report, the crash happened on County Road 6120 just before 8:30 a.m. Friday morning, when John Boley, age 63, was on a bicycle. He was traveling westbound in an eastbound lane and was hit by a car.

The driver of the vehicle, was driven from the scene with no injuries reported and moderate damage to the vehicle.

As of Saturday morning, University Hospital reported Boley as being in critical condition.
