Woman rescued at Eagle Bluffs Conservation Area

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Boone County Fire Department responded to the Eagle Bluffs Conservation Area around 3 p.m. Saturday after a woman fell down an embankment.

Gale Blomenkamp with the department said she fell down a small rock embankment.

Crews use a basket to carry her up the hill.

EMS crews then transported her to University Hospital with moderate injuries.
