Man killed in motorcycle crash on Highway A near Rolla

PHELPS COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A man was killed Sunday night in a motorcycle crash on a highway near Rolla.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened on Highway A near Ridgetop Drive around 10:30 p.m.

Troopers said Ryan M. Jensen, 34, of Rolla, was thrown from the motorcycle after driving off the left side of the road. Emergency crews took Jensen to Phelps Health Hospital, where he died just after 11:05 p.m.

According to the crash report, Jensen was wearing a helmet.
