Two people hurt in Audrain County crash

AUDRAIN COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Two people were hospitalized after a crash in Audrain County on Thursday night.

According to a crash report, the wreck happened around 5:20 p.m. on Route C at Audrain Road 232.

Troopers said a Toyota Camry driven by Sam Cramer, 26, crossed the center line and struck a Chevrolet Blazer driven by Andrea Kilbourn, 27, head on.

The report shows an ambulance took Kilbourn to University Hospital with serious injuries. A medical helicopter flew Cramer the hospital with serious injuries.

Troopers said both people were wearing seat belts. Investigators have not said what caused the Toyota Camry to cross the center line.

The Centralia Police Department and Audrain County Sheriff's Department assisted the Missouri State Highway Patrol with the crash.
