Charges filed for Kansas City homicide suspect found in Columbia

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Court documents reveal more information regarding a Kansas City man wanted for the Sept. 2, 2016 murder of Brandon Johnson.

Witnesses told police that Terrance Jones left a residence with Johnson and then allegedly shot Johnson multiple times according to court documents.

Jones allegedly told a witness that Johnson was speaking poorly of his brother according to court documents.

Terrance Jones is charged with 2nd-degree murder, 1st-degree robbery and unlawful use of a weapon.
