The homicide victim told police Christine Weber shot him before he was taken away to an area hospital where he died according to court documents.

Police report finding a gun at the residence where the victim was found.

Police say that on two prior dates, Weber and the victim had verbal disputes requiring law enforcement. Weber also said during one of the incidents that "she had a gun and would shoot the victim if he came at her."

Weber was charged with 1st-degree murder and armed criminal action on Wednesday.

Weber has a $350,000 cash or surety bond at the Crawford County Jail.
