Fulton man charged with felony drug and stealing offenses

Ashley Foster, 32, is facing multiple felony charges after he was arrested Thursday night.

The arrest stems from an investigation conducted by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities found evidence of several crimes at the 5000 block of Oak Lane near Fulton and the 5000 block of State Road D near Williamsburg.

At the time of Foster's arrest, he was allegedly found in possession of a felony controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

In addition to the felony drug charge, Foster is facing a felony offense of knowingly burning. He is also charged with misdemeanors of stealing, assault, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Foster is being held in the Callaway County Jail pending $10,000 bond.
