Sedalia police dash camera captures meteor’s fall

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) A Sedalia police cruiser’s dashboard camera captured images of a meteor streaking through the atmosphere late Monday. A similar meteor was captured on video in St. Louis though it isn’t clear whether it’s the same meteor.

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) A surveillance camera in the Rocky Mount area captures images of an apparent meteor shooting through the sky late Monday. Video provided by Brian Smith. People in the St. Louis area also caught a large meteor on camera, though it wasn’t clear whether it was the same meteor.
