MIAMI, Fl. (KMIZ)

Chiefs head coach Andy Reid and special teams coordinator Dave Toub both have ties to Columbia before making their way to Kansas City.

After a few years spent at the University of Texas at El Paso, the pair moved to Mid-Missouri to work with the Mizzou Tigers. Toub was the Tigers' strength and conditions coach from 1987-1997, as well as the defensive line coach from 1997-2000. Reid was the offensive line coach at MU from 1989-1991.

Both men say they still keep up with Mizzou's football program.
