Shortages have seemingly become a part of pandemic life.

Many fast-food restaurants have scaled back service and some products are not available on grocery store shelves 18 months into the coronavirus pandemic. Businesses cite a lack of workers driven by the pandemic for the shortages.

  1. Yes, thanks to the insane destruction of our economic, social, and mental health to contain a virus that has an average age of death just about the same as life expectancy. The fatality rate for not eating is 100%.
