* WHERE…In Kansas, Linn KS County. In Missouri, Cooper, Howard,
Pettis, Saline, Bates, Cass, Henry, Johnson MO, and Lafayette
Counties.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS…Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
